What areas do you service?

Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Atwater Village, Eagle Rock, Mt. Washington, Glendale, Burbank, Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Studio City, North Hollywood and Pasadena.

 

What are your hours?

Monday-Friday
8am-6pm

Saturdays
9am-3pm

After hours walks available upon request.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and most major credit cards.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of service in order to receive a full credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of service receive a 50% credit. All others will be charged for that day’s service.

 

Are you licensed, insured and bonded?

Yes! K9 Trooperz is licensed by the City of Los Angeles. We are also fully insured and bonded!

How do I know that my keys and house will be safe?

  1. For the safety of your home and pet, K9 Trooperz will provide a key lock box.
  2. The lock box ensures that the key never leaves your property.
  3. Last minute walks are never a problem with key lock box.

 

Do vaccines need to be current?

Yes, all dogs need to be up-to-date with their vaccines before they are walked or hiked.

 

Who will be walking my dog?

We want you and your dog to be completely comfortable with the K9 Trooper that’s leading the pack. Therefore, each service includes an initial meet and greet. A full consultation is provided for training services.

 

What if my dog doesn’t get along well with others?

We accommodate all dogs. Solo walks and hikes are available for your dog’s comfort, however; we have found that most dogs, even those labeled “non-social,” function well in a small group setting with structure and leadership.

 

Will my dog be off leash?

No, your dog will be on leash at all times. When safe, long lead lines are used for increased fun and freedom.
